Designsphere provides initial obligation free INTERIOR DESIGN consultations to businesses or individuals seeking new or updated interior schemes for their workplace or business.

Initial consultations are beneficial for discussing:

• - New tenancy ideas, suitability & limitations.
• - Construction timeframe.

DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION packages include the following services:

- Concept design
- Site measure and analysis
- Schematic and joinery drawings
- Specification of furniture, finishes and fittings
- DA documentation
- 3D rendered impressions (if required)

This is suitable for projects that require Interior Design and supporting documentation for council and / or building management but do not require project management, tendering or construction work.

We place great emphasis on creating designs that meet the requirements of the Building code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards.

Construction

Designsphere provides clients with 2 separate construction solutions depending on the size and complexity of the project. For small budget jobs requiring immediate attention, Designsphere will directly enlist the various tradesmen & suppliers and project manage the job. For larger, more complex jobs a specialist shop fitting company is assigned. Construction packages include the following services:

- Tendering documents and management
- Fixed build price budget
- Schedule of work
- Project management
- Client representation
- Insurance
